Thiago Perrotta 512dfd676b fetch: make --no-history and --no-hooks switches consistent ...

Before this commit, the following switches exist:

- --nohooks
- --no-history

They are not consistent. This commit makes the following switches
available:

- --nohooks, --no-hooks
- --nohistory, --no-history
