Sebastiaan van Stijn 555dac5e14 daemon/graphdriver: remove support for external graphdriver plugins ...

This is a follow-up to 6da604aa6a, which
deprecated external graphdriver plugins.

This patch removes the functionality; some warnings / errors are kept in
place, but can be removed in a follow-up release.
