This reverts commit dbb47f63ab, which
added these rules to hide loopback devices from udisks. These rules
were for devicemapper, which we no longer support, and use hard-coded
paths, making them not practical for other purposes.

The contrib directory contains scripts, images, and other helpful things
which are not part of the core docker distribution. Please note that they
could be out of date, since they do not receive the same attention as the
rest of the repository.
