Sebastiaan van Stijn b2694b459f errdefs: remove unneeded recursive calls 
The `statusCodeFromGRPCError` and `statusCodeFromDistributionError`
helpers are used by `GetHTTPErrorStatusCode`, which already recurses
if the error implements the `Causer` interface.
