Migrate TestAPIStatsContainerNotFound from the deprecated integration-cli
test suite to the modern integration test framework in integration/container.
The test verifies that the container stats API returns a NotFound error
for non-existent containers, testing both streaming and non-streaming modes.
Changes made:
- Migrated test to integration/container/stats_test.go using standard
Go testing patterns
- Refactored to use test array pattern for better test organization
- Removed test from integration-cli/docker_api_stats_test.go
- Removed unused imports from integration-cli file
- Removed Windows skip as it may not be necessary

Use a more idiomatic name so that it can be used as `client.New()`.
We should look if we want `New()` to have different / updated defaults
i.e., enable `WithEnv` as default, and have an opt-out and have API-
version negotiation enabled by default (with an opt-out option).

Remove the go-routines and just fetch the result for non-streaming stats.
Also check for the result to be valid for some tests.

This package was originally internal, but was moved out when BuildKit
used it for its integration tests. That's no longer the case, so we
can make it internal again.

The StatsResponse type was a compatibility-wrapper introduced in
d3379946ec to differentiate responses
for API < 1.21 and API >= 1.21. API versions lower than 1.24 are
deprecated, and we should merge StatsResponse and Stats, but let's
start with using the StatsResponse in our tests.

API v1.23 and older are deprecated, so we can remove the code to adjust
responses for API v1.20 and lower.

Integration tests will now configure clients to propagate traces as well
as create spans for all tests.
Some extra changes were needed (or desired for trace propagation) in the
test helpers to pass through tracing spans via context.

This field was added in f0e5b3d7d8 to
account for older versions of the engine (Docker EE LTS versions), which
did not yet provide the OSType field in Docker info, and had to be manually
set using the TEST_OSTYPE env-var.
This patch removes the field in favor of the equivalent in DaemonInfo. It's
more verbose, but also less ambiguous what information we're using (i.e.,
the platform the daemon is running on, not the local platform).

- use apiClient for api-clients to reduce shadowing (also more "accurate")
- use "ctr" instead of "container"

Since Go 1.7, context is a standard package. Since Go 1.9, everything
that is provided by "x/net/context" is a couple of type aliases to
types in "context".
Many vendored packages still use x/net/context, so vendor entry remains
for now.

99.9% of use case for request call are using daemonHost. This makes it
default and adds a `request.DoOnHost` function to be able to specify
the host for specific, more complex use cases.

`request.SockRequestRaw` is deprecated, let's use appropriate methods
for those. This is a first pass, `SockRequest` still needs to be removed.

The goal is to remove function from `docker_utils.go` and setup
simple, one-responsability package that can be well tested ; and to
ease writing request.
This moves all the calls to `sockRequest` (and similar methods) to
their counterpart in the `request` package.
This introduce `request.Do` to write easier request (with functional
argument to easily augment the request) with some pre-defined function
for the most used http method (i.e. `request.Get`, `request.Post` and
`request.Delete`).
Few of the `sockRequest` call have been moved to `request.Do` (and
`Get`, etc.) to showcase the usage of the package. There is still a
whole lot to do.
