This package was originally internal, but was moved out when BuildKit
used it for its integration tests. That's no longer the case, so we
can make it internal again.

Follow-up to 494677f93f, which added
the aliases, but did not yet replace our own use of the nat types.

The replacement is also deprecated, but at least returns a strong type,
which may help transitioning to using an api-client for these, and
removing one abstraction at a time.
Also rewriting the TestContainerAPIDeleteRemoveVolume to use the API
client (as it's part of the API suite), and touched-up the
TestRunMountShmMqueueFromHost test a bit.

This test originally added in 4352da7803,
and was a bit involved as it involved building an image, and had some
dubious test-cases, such as using `wrongimage:<ID of other image>` as
reference, and expecting that to produce a "not found" error. Possibly
this format was supported in the past, but currently it fails equally with
`correctimage:<ID of image>`.
This patch rewrites the test to an integration test, and removes the test
from integration-cli. It also removes TestCreate64ByteHexID, as it was
duplicated by this test.

Migrated using
find . -type f -name "*_test.go" |
xargs gofmt -w \
-r "assert.Check(t, strings.Contains(a, b)) -> assert.Check(t, is.Contains(a, b))"
find . -type f -name "*_test.go" |
xargs gofmt -w \
-r "assert.Assert(t, strings.Contains(a, b)) -> assert.Assert(t, is.Contains(a, b))"
Using a boolean in assert.Assert or assert.Check results in error
messages that don't contain the actual problematic string, and when
running the integration suite on an actual machine (where the source
code parsing doesn't work) this makes it almost impossible to figure out
what the actual error is.

We have many "image" packages, so these vars easily conflict/shadow
imports. Let's rename them (and in some cases use a const) to
prevent that.

Integration tests will now configure clients to propagate traces as well
as create spans for all tests.
Some extra changes were needed (or desired for trace propagation) in the
test helpers to pass through tracing spans via context.

This field was added in f0e5b3d7d8 to
account for older versions of the engine (Docker EE LTS versions), which
did not yet provide the OSType field in Docker info, and had to be manually
set using the TEST_OSTYPE env-var.
This patch removes the field in favor of the equivalent in DaemonInfo. It's
more verbose, but also less ambiguous what information we're using (i.e.,
the platform the daemon is running on, not the local platform).

Hyper-V isolated containers do not allow file-operations on a
running container. This test currently uses `docker cp` to verify
that the WORKDIR was automatically created, which cannot be done
while the container is running.

Tests fixed in this patch used to compile and pass successfully,
despite checking if non-nullable types are not nil.
These would have become compile errors once go-check is removed.
About TestContainerAPIPsOmitFields:
Basically what happened is that this test got refactored to start using the API types
and API client library instead of custom types and stdlib's http functions.
This test used to test an API regression which could possibly be a unit test.
However because PublicPort and IP are not nullable types, this test became useless.

It is wrong to pass an arbitrary string to a function expecting
%-style formatting. One solution would be to replace any % with %%,
but it's easier to just do what this patch does.

The `repository:shortid` syntax for referencing images is very little used,
collides with with tag references can be confused with digest references.
The `repository:shortid` notation was deprecated in Docker 1.13 through
5fc71599a0, and scheduled for removal
in Docker 17.12.
This patch removes the support for this notation.
