These comments were added to enforce using the correct import path for
our packages ("github.com/docker/docker", not "github.com/moby/moby").
However, when working in go module mode (not GOPATH / vendor), they have
no effect, so their impact is limited.
Remove these imports in preparation of migrating our code to become an
actual go module.

The 27.x branch was created and is on API 1.47, so changes in master/main
should now be targeting the next version of the API (1.48).

This const contains the minimum API version that can be supported by the
API server. The daemon is currently configured to use the same version,
but we may increment the _configured_ minimum version when deprecating
old API versions in future.

Commit 3ba1dda191 bumped
the API version, but forgot to actually bump the version
in code.
This patch fixes the version to match those changes :-)

- DisplayablePorts is a `cli` function, moving to `docker/cli`
- Move MatchesContentType to the only package using it,
`api/server/httputils` (and remove the deps on logrus for `api` package)

With the Moby/Docker split, no decisions have been
made yet how, and when to bump the API version.
Although these decisions should not be lead
by Docker releases, I'm bumping the API version
to not complicate things for now; after this bump
we should make a plan how to handle this in future
(for example, using SemVer for the REST api, and
bump with every change).

The libtrust keyfile which is used to set the "ID" property of a daemon must be generated or loaded on every startup.
If the process crashes during startup this could cause the file to be incomplete causing future startup errors.
Ensure that the file is written atomically to ensure the file is never in an incomplete state.
