hack/integration: Add TEST_INTEGRATION_FAIL_FAST

Browse Source 
Before this change, integration test would fail fast and not execute all
test suites when one suite fails.
Change this behavior into opt-in enabled by TEST_INTEGRATION_FAIL_FAST
variable.
