a4fc632a99 build: use packagingOptions.jniLibs.useLegacyPackaging instead of android:extractNativeLibs 
Avoid setting android:extractNativeLibs="false" explicitly in AndroidManifest.xml, and instead set android.packagingOptions.jniLibs.useLegacyPackaging to false in the build.gradle file.
